all images, text, programs and any other copyrighted works posted on this website may not be copied, distributed, or republished in any form by any individuals, groups, or companies, regardless of whether they are for profit or non-profit purposes.
Personal information Treatment Policy of The Association of Japanese Animation
- Definition of Personal Information
- "Personal Information" is intended as any information that can identify a specific individual by including the name, date of birth, e-mail address, home address, etc.
- Use of personal information
- In the case that anybody provides to this Association any kind of material accompanied by Personal Information as defined above, we will collect such information only with the consent of such person and upon clarifying in advance the purpose of such collection. Personal Information will be used solely for the cases specified at the time of acquisition of such information, and will not be used for any other purpose.
- Treatment of personal information
- Our Association will properly manage Personal Information and will not disclose or provide it to a third party except in the following cases.
1. When consent is obtained from the owner of such information;
2. When disclosing and providing such information to companies that have entered into a Confidentiality Agreement with our association in advance, to the extent necessary to the execution of this Program.
